The mission of FamilyLife is to effectively develop godly marriages and families who change the world one home at a time. It is one of the ministries of Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ), an interdenominational Christian missions organization started in 1951 by Bill and Vonette Bright.
The Corbins’ desire is to spread the gospel through FamilyLife by providing relevant, Bible-based tools to couples, such as the Weekend To Remember® marriage getaways, the HomeBuilders Series® of small group Bible studies, and the radio broadcast, FamilyLife Today®.
Since beginning their service with FamilyLife, Michael and Alecia have had the privilege of working on some exciting new projects that will make God’s blueprint for life, marriage, and the family more accessible to our changing culture, such as The Art of Marriage® and Stepping Up™ video events, The Mentor Guide, and FamilyLife’s website for smart phones.
Michael works in the Internet Group as a graphic designer and web developer. Alecia is part of the Women’s Connection leadership team, which serves the many women working for the ministry at home and in the office. Her primary role, however, is teaching and caring for our five children. Together, they are helping FamilyLife reach couples right where they are. At FamilyLife, our purpose is to glorify God, make Christ known, and be used by Him to give families help for today and hope for tomorrow.
